In Memory of Junko Furuta : The Girl Who Got Tortured of 44 Days!

Author: juzannies  //  Category: myself

This is one of the most notorious and worst cases of torture murder ever recorded in history. It is also one of the most horrifying and heartbreaking.

Exactly twenty years ago, a sixteen year-old girl was going through the most unimaginable pain, waiting for the endless suffering she was going through to end. For 44 days, nobody helped her.

Her killers are now free men. Justice has never been served, not even after 20 years.

Once you hear the story, it is not easily forgotten. Her 44 days of suffering will forever be known.

DAY 1: November 22, 1988:

Kidnapped
Kept captive in house, and posed as one of boy’s girlfriend
Raped (over 400 times in total)
Forced to call her parents and tell them she had run away
Starved and malnutritioned
Fed cockroaches to eat and urine to drink
Forced to masturbate
Forced to strip in front of others
Burned with cigarette lighters
Foreign objects inserted into her vagina/anus

DAY 11: December 1, 1988:

Severely beat up countless times
Face held against concrete ground and jumped on
Hands tied to ceiling and body used as a punching bag
Nose filled with so much blood that she can only breath through her mouth
Dumbbells dropped onto her stomach
Vomited when tried to drink water (her stomach couldn’t accept it)
Tried to escape and punished by cigarette burning on arms
Flammable liquid poured on her feet and legs, then lit on fire
Bottle inserted into her anus, causing injury

DAY 20: December10, 1989:

Unable to walk properly due to severe leg burns

Beat with bamboo sticks
Fireworks inserted into anus and lit
Hands smashed by weights and fingernails cracked
Beaten with golf club
Cigarettes inserted into vagina
Beaten with iron rods repeatedly
Winter; forced outside to sleep in balcony
Skewers of grilled chicken inserted into her vagina and anus, causing bleeding

DAY 30:

Hot wax dripped onto face
Eyelids burned by cigarette lighter
Stabbed with sewing needles in chest area
Left nipple cut and destroyed with pliers
Hot light bulb inserted into her vagina
Heavy bleeding from vagina due to scissors insertion
Unable to urinate properly
Injuries were so severe that it took over an hour for her to crawl downstairs and use the bathroom
Eardrums severely damaged
Extreme reduced brain size

DAY 40:

Begged her torturers to “kill her and get it over with”

January 1, 1989:

Junko greets the New Years Day alone
Body mutilated
Unable to move from the ground

DAY 44: January 4, 1989:

The four boys beat her mutilated body with an iron barbell, using a loss at the game of Mah-jongg as a pretext. She is profusely bleeding from her mouth and nose. They put a candle’s flame to her face and eyes.

Then, lighter fluid was poured onto her legs, arms, face and stomach, and then lit on fire. This final torture lasted for a time of two hours.

Junko Furuta died later that day, in pain and alone. Nothing could compare 44 days of suffering she had to go through.

When her mother heard the news and details of what had happened to her daughter, she fainted. She had to undergo a psychiatric outpatient treatment . Imagine her endless pain.

Her killers are now free men. Justice was never served, not even after 20 years.
They deserve a punishment much greater than they had put upon Furuta, for putting an innocent girl through the most unbearable suffering.

This story from 1989 is true. Please spread her story around. Everyone should know about the existence of Junko Furuta’s unimaginable and incomprehensible suffering, and this is why this group has been made.

Invite your friends. Never let her story be forgotten. If this story changes the life of at least one person then it has been worth it.

Rest In Eternal Peace,
Junko Furuta

They’re totally not humans and not deserve to be in this world!

How come there’s such lawyer? How can the lawyer and court just let those bastard free like that?

THIS IS SO UNFAIR!

If this happen to my daughter, i wouldnt let those 4 bastards to be alive for 1 more week after my daughter’s death!!! They should be torture 1000times worst than what he did to my daughter.

Now even thought Junko is not my daughter or friend or any close relationship, i already wanna kill them.

Imagine if she’s someone very close to us.

Disgusting horny man!

A North Wales man was found guilty yesterday of attempting to have sex with a rottweiler.

Thomas Robert Edwards, 20, who was working at Chester Zoo at the time of the incident, denied the charge of trying to sexually penetrate a living animal.

A neighbour claimed to have witnessed Edwards grab the rottweiler by its hind legs and thrust himself at it for about twenty or thirty seconds. Edwards claimed he had merely been stroking the dog in the backyard, where he had gone to have a smoke and relieve himself.

The witness, Mr Richard Williams, said, “I felt sick. I was shocked. I could not believe what I had just seen.”

Mr Williams claimed that Edwards then performed an indecent act on himself.

The court was told that the accused was drunk at the time of the incident, on the 30th of August this year, following a night out with friends in Wrexham. He then went to a party at a house on the outskirts of Wrexham where the offence took place in the early hours of the morning.

Edwards had been working in the catering department at Chester Zoo but had no contact with the animals there.

The court was also told that Edwards had pornography featuring bestiality on his computer, which depicted sexual activity with horses and dogs.

Richard Williams, a neighbour, said he been awoken in the early hours by noises coming from the garden next door. On looking out of the window he claims to have seen Edwards trying to penetrate the female dog. He then knocked on the window, shortly after which Edwards returned into the house claiming he hadn’t done anything.

Edwards strongly denied the allegations and Andrew Green, defending, questioned the witness statement saying that Mr Williams may have mistaken what he saw.

Edwards, of Hope, in North Wales admitted seven charges of possessing extreme pornography, though claimed the films had been downloaded onto his computer by accident.

Sentencing was adjourned until January and reports from the probation service were requested. Judge John Rogers QC indicated that Edwards would receive a non-custodial sentence.

Edwards told the court that he no longer worked in Chester Zoo but was hoping to go to college and to work with animals.

Dog meat

Dog meat is eaten in some countries and certain breeds of dogs are raised on farms and slaughtered for their meat. Dog meat may be consumed as an alternative source of meat . Cultural attitudes, legal treatment, and history regarding eating dog meat vary from country to country. Very little statistical information is available on attitudes to the consumption of dog meat.

http://theseoultimes.com/ST/db2/images/3165-20060325160116.jpg

http://news.jongo.com/articles/07/0512/15121/Dog.jpg

In some societies, the consumption of dog meat is viewed as part of their traditional or contemporary culture, while in others, the consumption of dog meat is generally viewed as offensive, such as most Western cultures. (However, some Westerners support the right to eat dog meat and accuse other Westerners who protest against dog eating in non-Western countries of cultural imperialism and intolerance. Joey Skaggs, for instance, organized a hoax in the United States in which a fictitious Korean restaurant asked animal shelters for unwanted dogs to be made into dog meat in order to expose the alleged intolerance, hypocrisy and racism of those opposed to dog-eating). Some cultures or individuals, including some non-Westerners, however, oppose the consumption of dog meat in non-Western countries. They may perceive dogs as inherently emotional and friendly to humanity and/or argue that methods used in the slaughter of dogs for food are excessively cruel. In the Islamic and Jewish cultures, eating dogs is forbidden under Muslim dietary laws and Jewish laws of Kashrut.

The raising and consumption of dog meat has been linked to the transmission of rabies to humans with two reported cases in China, one in Vietnam, and two deaths reported in the Philippines.

China

Dog meat (Chinese: 狗肉; pinyin: gǒu ròu) has been a source of food in some areas of China from at least around 500 BC, and possibly even before. Mencius, the philosopher, recommended dog meat because of its pharmaceutical properties.[18] Ancient writings from the Zhou Dynasty referred to the “three beasts”[cite this quote] (which were bred for food), including pig, goat, and dog. Dog meat is sometimes euphemistically called “fragrant meat” (香肉 xiāng ròu) or “mutton of the earth” (地羊 dì yáng) in Mandarin Chinese and “3-6 fragrant meat” (traditional Chinese: 三六香肉; Cantonese Yale: sàam luhk hèung yuhk) in Cantonese (3 plus 6 is 9 and the words “nine” and “dog” are homophones, both pronounced gáu in Cantonese. In Mandarin, “nine” and “dog” are pronounced differently).

The eating of dog meat China dates back thousands of years. Dog meat has long been thought by some to have medicinal properties, and is especially popular in winter months as it is believed to generate heat and promote bodily warmth.[19][20][21][22] Also, dogs have occasionally been eaten as an emergency food supply.[23]

The Chinese usually only eat dogs raised specifically for meat, not those raised as pets. The dogs are slaughtered between 6 and 12 months of age.

Despite it being a socially acceptable practice, the average Chinese does not usually consume dog meat, which has led to a decline in the price of dog meat. However, dog meat has become relatively expensive in recent years compared to other meat choices. More concentrated dog meat consumption areas in China are in the northeastern, southern, and southwestern areas. Peixian County in Northern Jiangsu is well-known in China for the production of a dog-meat stew flavoured with soft-shelled turtle. The dish is said to have been invented by Fan Kuai and to have been a favourite with Liu Bang, founder of the Han dynasty.

The Chinese normally cook the dog meat by stewing it with thick gravy or by roasting it. Some methods of preparing the dog carcass are by immersion in boiling water, or flash-burning the fur off in a fire.

Some controversy has emerged about the treatment of dogs in China not because of the consumption itself, but because of other factors like cruelty involved with the killing including allegations that animals are sometimes skinned while still alive.

A growing movement against consumption of cat and dog meat has gained attention from people in mainland China. Those changes began about two years after the formation of the Chinese Companion Animal Protection Network, a networking project of Chinese Animal Protection Network. Expanded to more than 40 member societies, CCAPN in January 2006 began organizing well-publicized protests against dog and cat eating, starting in Guangzhou, following up in more than ten other cities “with very optimal response from public.

Since January 2007, more than ten Chinese groups have joined an online signing event against the consumption of cat and dog meat. The signatures indicate that the participants will avoid eating cat and dog meat in the future. This online signing event received more than 42,000 signatures from public and has been circulated around the country. Supportors of this online event also organized offline events in many cities, including several high profile performance-art shows.

Some Chinese restaurants in the United States serve “imitation dog meat”, which is usually pulled pork and purportedly flavored like dog meat. e.g. “Northern Chinese Restaurant”, Rosemead, California

In 2008 a series of incidents of increased consumption of cat and dog meat in Guangdong areas have appeared in local mass media.

On 26th January 2010 China launched its first draft proposal to protect the country’s animals from maltreatment including a measure to jail people who eat dog for up to 15 days.

Taiwan

In Taiwan, dog meat is known by the euphemism “fragrant meat” (香肉 xiāng ròu) in Mandarin Chinese in Taiwan. Eating dogs has never been commonplace in Taiwan, but it is particularly eaten in the winter months, especially black dogs, which are believed to help retain body warmth. In 2004, the Taiwanese government imposed a ban on the sale of dog meat, due to both pressure from domestic animal welfare groups and a desire to improve international perceptions, although there were some protests.[32][33] According to Lonely Planet’s Taiwan guide, it is still possible to find dog meat on some restaurant menus, but this is becoming increasingly rare.

Here’s the letter which appeared in Malaysiakini. Take a look at the picture.

M Nisha
Mar 17, 10
4:43pm

I am writing because of a grievous incident that took place on Monday, March 15 at about 3pm at Kepong Central KTM Station. My friends and I (six of us) were there to take the train to the Bank Negara station.

After parking our cars, we heard a dog howling, more like a painful cry. Then, we noticed a dog being tied to the grill (steel fence) of the KTM station. As we approached the dog, we stood aghast at the sight.

The stray dog’s leg and neck was tied very tightly to the grill and a piece of wood had been shoved down inside its throat! The dog was bleeding and its feces were all around it. The string was attached to a pole in the KTM station.

Immediately, we confronted the KTM workers. They said that it was done by Kuala Lumpur City Hall workers because a minister was to be visiting the station next week. They failed to explain further.

At once, we called the SPCA and the Paws animal welfare society. The SPCA responded efficiently by informing us that an animal control officer would be there soon. We made a slight commotion in front of the KTM station but the KTM workers were not concerned at all.

After about an hour, as we were returning to the KTM Kepong Central Station, we received a call from the SPCA officer stating that the dog was now not tied up and was moving around. When we arrived, the dog was limping. The same KTM workers avoided us as we tried to confront them. A passer-by told us that the dog has been that way for quite some time.

The SPCA officer could not capture the dog as it walked away for quite a distance. He advised us to write to the media and to the SPCA as well.

Doenn’t our country’s animal rights support the idea that an animal has the right to live its life without being harmed and hurt by humans? We realize that people define the meaning of animal rights and abuse in different ways but aren’t the citizens of our country merciful?

This dog could have been just put to sleep if it had been harming the public or causing a nuisance. Why stick a wooden stick down its throat?

So people, its back to pushing for justice again.

How can they keep doing that to the innocent dogs?

How come we didn’t see any cats is treated this way?

Why only dogs!!

I hate YOU ALL !

But well, i believes in Karma.

So whatever you did to those innocent dogs

IT WILL GET BACK TO YOU!

Hachikō ( November 10, 1923March 8, 1935), known in Japanese as chūken Hachikō (忠犬ハチ公 , “faithful dog Hachikō” (’hachi’ meaning ‘eight’, a number referring to the position within the nest the dog came from, and ‘kō’ being a Japanese familiar or derogatory suffix)). Hachikō was an Akita dog born on a farm near the city of Ōdate, Akita Prefecture, remembered for his loyalty to his owner, even many years after his owner’s death.

In 1924, Hachikō was brought to Tokyo by his owner, Hidesaburō Ueno, a professor in the agriculture department at the University of Tokyo. During his owner’s life Hachikō saw him out from the front door and greeted him at the end of the day at the nearby Shibuya Station. The pair continued their daily routine until May 1925, when Professor Ueno did not return on the usual train one evening. The professor suffered a stroke at the university that day. He died and never returned to the train station where his friend was waiting.

Hachikō was given away after his master’s death, but he routinely escaped, showing up again and again at his old home. Eventually, Hachikō apparently realized that Professor Ueno no longer lived at the house. So he went to look for his master at the train station where he had accompanied him so many times before. Each day, Hachikō waited for Professor Ueno to return. And each day he did not see his friend among the commuters at the station.

Many of the people who commute via Shibuya train station during those years frequently seen Hachikō and brought treats and food to nourish him during his wait. This continued for nine years, with Hachikō appearing only in the evening time, precisely when the train was due to arrive at the station.

That same year, another of Ueno’s faithful students (who had become something of an expert on the Akita breed) saw the dog at the station and followed him to the Kobayashi home where he learned the history of Hachikō’s life. Shortly after this meeting, the former student published a documented census of Akitas in Japan. His research found only 30 purebred Akitas remaining, including Hachikō from Shibuya Station.

Professor Ueno’s former student returned frequently to visit the dog and over the years published several articles about Hachikō’s remarkable loyalty. In 1932 one of these articles, published in Tokyo’s largest newspaper, threw the dog into the national spotlight. Hachikō became a national sensation. His faithfulness to his master’s memory impressed the people of Japan as a spirit of family loyalty all should strive to achieve. Teachers and parents used Hachikō’s vigil as an example for children to follow. A well-known Japanese artist rendered a sculpture of the dog, and throughout the country a new awareness of the Akita breed grew.

Eventually, Hachiko’s legendary faithfulness became a national symbol of loyalty.

Hachikō died on a street in Shibuya on March 8, 1935. His stuffed and mounted remains are kept at the National Science Museum of Japan in Ueno, Tokyo.

http://blog.asiahotels.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/09/hachiko.jpg

http://www.shiroshita.dog.sk/image/hachiko.jpg

In April 1934, a bronze statue in his likeness was erected at Shibuya Station, and Hachikō himself was present at its unveiling. The statue was recycled for the war effort during World War II. In 1948 The Society for Recreating the Hachikō Statue commissioned Takeshi Ando, son of the original artist who had since died, to make a second statue. The new statue, which was erected in August 1948, still stands and is an extremely popular meeting spot. The station entrance near this statue is named “Hachikō-guchi”, meaning “The Hachikō Exit”, and is one of Shibuya Station’s five exits.

The Japan Times played a practical joke on readers by reporting that the bronze statue was stolen a little before 2AM on April 1, 2007, by “suspected metal thieves”. The false story told a very detailed account of an elaborate theft by men wearing khaki workers’ uniforms who secured the area with orange safety cones and obscured the theft with blue vinyl tarps. The “crime” was allegedly recorded on security cameras.

A similar statue stands in Hachikō’s hometown, in front of Ōdate Station. In 2004, a new statue of Hachikō was erected on the original stone pedestal from Shibuya in front of the Akita Dog Museum in Odate.

Each year on March 8, Hachikō’s devotion is honored with a solemn ceremony of remembrance at Tokyo’s Shibuya railroad station. Hundreds of dog lovers often turn out to honor his memory and loyalty.

Hachikō exhibited at the National Science Museum of Japan in Ueno.

I was crying most of the time throught this movie

It was so so so touching

And couldnt imagine there’s such a loyal dog

I feel so sad for him and he must be very suffering throughout the 9 yrs waiting for the owner.

I guess if the owner knows that Hachi been waiting for him for 9 years

he would be 100 times more sad than all of us :(
