did an interview session for someone’s thesis.
regarding on working bully case.
im really very happy that even this can help someone out.
for me i dont think its not a good thing to say it out…
so i dont mind to keep it annonymous or not also.
i am mentally bullied in my previous company..
it was a miracle that i even worked there for 1 year plus!
and that was when all my migraine comes back.
even when I tell the future psychologist on my case
he’s very shocked too~
he said, such a small company and yet it is more complicated than a big company!
yes its true.
rumors spread around everyday.
people backstabbing you everyday.
and people blaming or accusing you everyday!
imagine.
it’s only a very small company!
what will happen when it grows bigger?
worst?
YES!
that is what exactly happening now.
until today, my boss still don’t dare to even call and explain to me.
and keep on expecting me to keep quiet.
oh pls.

and she is the one who create chaos to my life.
giving my hell for 1 year.

i finally stand up firmly on my feet
and dare to say the truth out to the world
after my interview with the future psychologist.
i dont understand why there is still people who is bullied in working place
and yet still keeping quiet.
anyways, there is a chance for you to do something
if you’ve been in my shoes before.
the future psychologist is still waiting for more interview and reports.
if you’re interested to help, please do not be afraid .
You have the right to stand up by yourself.
and remember HIERARKI is BULLSHIT!
dont let the word HIERARKI to keep you being bullied.
you and your boss is human.
both have their own feelings.
and both deserve to be treated FAIRLY.
